Packaging machine with sealing device behind folding mechanism - has grooving mechanism in front of sealing device, followed by cutter and shaper

The machine forms and seals cardboard boxes, with the sealing (3) preceded by a folding mechanism. The sealing device is behind a grooving mechanism (2) and is followed by at least one emitter (6,8) and shaper (9). Pref. the emitter is in two parts, the first one (6) dividing the envelope material (0) into individual units, while the second part (8) provides the incisions for the bottom and top flaps of the blanks. The sealing device is fitted orthogonally w.r.t. the material feed direction. USE/ADVANTAGE - For cardboard packaging containers, with fully automatic operation, without seams.
