The transfer element (1) comprises a rotational body formed by the rotation of a hyperbola about its secondary axis or a parallel near its secondary axis. The hyperboloid structure is formed by straight intersecting rods or tubes (2) which lie in the surface of the hyperboloid and pick up the signals and/or energy lines. The number and position of the rods or tubes should be such that each two can be connected at their ends. The rods can be stabilised against bending by placing rings in planes at right angles to the axis of rotation of the hyperboloid.
