The structure consists of railing posts (12) firmly anchored in the foundation, interconnected by longitudinal chords (15), and struts coupling the chords between the railing parts. The latter, and at least one longitudinal chord are releasably coupled to post supports (13), firmly anchored in the foundation (14). The railing posts can be releasably coupled strut chords (16,17) parallel to the longitudinal chord. The strut chords are interconnected by releasable struts (19), extending between the railing posts.
