<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate only the alarm tone of an audible tone generator without exerting an influence on the display of an alarm display part by providing audible alarm generator of a distribution-industry data terminal equipment, etc., with a push button for stopping a ringing tone. CONSTITUTION:When transaction information is inputted from keyboard 3 and then printed out by printer 7, an abnormal state such as a digit overflow is detected by microprocessor 1 to display it as an operation error on keyboard 3 and audible tone generator 4 sends an alarm tone. This generator 4 is provided with oscillator 8, dividing FF9, FF10, latch circuit 13 which latches an alarm signal from processor 1, and ringing control circuit 14 which applies the output of circuit 13 to speaker 12 via FF10. Further, speaker cut key 15 clearing the alarm signal from processor 1 is connected to circuit 13 and depressing this key 15 makes it possible to stop the alarm tone of unit 4 without exerting an influence on the alarm display.</p> |
