the high pressure spray gun (1) contains a body (11) with an atomising nozzle (12), connectable to a feed line (2). In the body is fitted a stop valve, opened by a swivelling, actuating lever (25). The gun body is also provided with a hand grip (51). Both the gun body and the hand grip are thin-wall component of refined steel of high strength and chemical resistance. Each is surrounded, at least partly, by an enclosed cover (41) of a thin-wall, chemically resistant material. Pref. both the body and hand grip have surface recesses for material saving. USE/ADVANTAGE - Lightweight design of spray gun for airless paint etc. spraying permitting longer working with fatigue reduction, and protection against chemical aggression.
