During the mfr. process, the blanks (1), folded at two longitudinal groove lines (R2,3) are guided through a first roller pair (30,31). The blanks are so folded that the two other longitudinal groove lines (R1,4) are formed, and the blanks are guided through another roller pair (32,33). Between both compression roller pairs the blanks are folded by compression during the passage through the first roller pair along first groove lines (R2,3) transversely to the transparent direction. Then, during the passage through the second roller pair, whose rotation axes are offset through 90 deg. w.r.t. the first pair, the folding is completed. USE/ADVANTAGE - Mfr. of liq.-tight folding boxes, with blank folding without holding by suction air. |
