The brush handle (3) contains a connection (2) which has a free anatomically shaped end joining the brush head (1) to the handle to rotate on a lengthwise axis and which can be locked at 180 degree turns. The brush head end of the connection has a set radius of curvature. The connection is made of two semicircular refined steel sections, and is pressed into the head where it is held in position. The brush head can have an oval locking duct (5) tapering inwards, and is made of elastic plastic into which the bristles (4) are set.
