Disclosed are compound of general formula (I), wherein X is C1, R is H, amino, dimethylamino or diethylamino and R1 is H, iodine, amino group, which is eventually substituted by formyl group or carboxyl group, or hydrazine group, and their pharmaceutically suitable salts with organic or anorganic acids. Intermediates of formula (III), wherein Y is -N2+Cl- or azide, X is Cl and R1 is H, and their salts with organic or anorganic salts; method for production of various sections of compounds of formula (I), compounds of formula (I) for use to prevent, treat or reject bacterial infections of warm-blooded animals and pharmaceutical preparations based on them.
