Compounds of general formula: <IMAGE> in which: R1 represents the group <IMAGE> in which n = 1-6, R, R' and R6 = H or alkyl optionally substituted by HO, or else R and R' form, together with the nitrogen atom, a heterocycle or else R and R6 form a heterocycle, R2 = alkyl and R3, R4 and R5 = H or alkyl, with antitumour activity.
