摘要 PURPOSE:To shorten a molding cycle and to obtain a molded product extremely excellent in transfer properties by providing a hot water blow-out heating device, a temp. control medium suction and discharge device and a radiant type instantaneous heating device to a mold and simultaneously performing the temp. control of the mold and the application of vacuum force to said mold. CONSTITUTION:Hot water is introduced into a male mold 3 and a female mold 4 from hot air introducing pipes 50 before the clamping of both molds and sprayed to the surface of a parison 2 from hot air blow perforated plates 8b to equally heat the surface of the parison 2 to make the same easy to mold and the sending of hot air is stopped immediately before clamping. The air of a cavity part is sucked from air venting perforated plates 8a under vacuum and the parison 2 is naturally and closely brought into contact with the cavity surfaces 3a, 4a of both of the male and female molds 3, 4. A cooling gas or liquid is sent in a temp. control medium stagnation chamber 40 from a temp. control medium source through a send-in port and further introduced into the intermediate layer 30 of an adjacent chamber filled with a composite material of a non-metal or resin having air permeability through the pores provided to a shield wall.
