PURPOSE:To realize the improvement of operability as well as the simplification of installation work and obtain comfortable operating feeling for a long period of time. CONSTITUTION:A vibration sensor 10, provided in the main body 1 of a ventilating fan, outputs a detecting signal when a vibration plate 4 (rigid member), fixed to a wall surface 2, is vibrated. A control circuit device 11 (control means), provided in the main body 1 of the ventilating fan, controls the starting and stopping of the operation of a fan motor 8 alternately every time the detecting signal is outputted from the vibration sensor 10. Accordingly, the operation of the fan motor 8 can be started and/or stopped every time the user taps the vibration plate 4 by hand. |
