LIQUID SUPPLYING APPARATUS

PURPOSE:To supply a sterile liquid with a simple and inexpensive structure irrespective of a type of the liquid without losing its function by providing a circulating return path for returning the liquid from downstream of a liquid feed path to a connecting end to a liquid storage container. CONSTITUTION:A bactericidal means comprises a circulating return path 17 for returning water to between a connector 5 and a bactericidal filter 16 among a water feed path 4 from water cocks 3A, 3C for cooling water. Then a flow path switching means 18 is provided for freely switching over a first state wherein water in a water storage container 2 is supplied to the water feed path 4 and also water in the water feed path 4 is supplied to a supply port (a) of the water cocks 3A, 3C and a second state wherein water in the return path 17 is supplied to the water feed path 4 and also water in the water feed path 4 is supplied to the return path 17. A liquid supplying apparatus comprises a pump P for circulating water in the second state, means 19 to 21 for supplying ozone to the circulating water and a means 22 for discharging the circulating water. Therefore at the time of water supply failure for a long time which can lead to bacteria multiplication, the flow path switching means 18 is switched to the second state.
