<p>PURPOSE:To provide the polyester fiber excellent in its dispersibility on the production of paper, capable of readily giving the polyester fiber paper good in strength and weave, excellent in baling workability in a baling process because of not generating the slipping-down of the fibers, and used for producing the paper. CONSTITUTION:A treating agent containing a polyester polyether block copolymer comprising terephthalic acid and/or isophthalic acid, a lower alkylene glycol, and a polyalkylene glycol and/or its monoether and a polypeptide in an amount of 5-100wt.% based on the block copolymer is made to adhere to a polyester fiber.</p> |
