LAMINATED RESIN SHEET AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PURPOSE:To provide thermoforming sheets with lightweight, high rigidity and excellent printability by laminating biaxially oriented porous thermoplastic resin films which contain inorganic or organic fine power over laminated substrates that are consisting of non-foaming resin layers which contain filler and a foaming layer. CONSTITUTION:A laminated resin sheet 1 is consisting of a biaxially oriented porous thermoplastic resin film B of a thickness of 100-300mum and is laminated at least on one side of a laminated substrute A in a such a manner that the film layer B forms the surface of the sheet 1, becoming 60-5000mum. The substrate A consists of a foaming resin layer A' which is obtained by T-die co-extrusion molding of thermoplastic resin which contains foaming agent and thermoplastic resin which contains filler 2 at ratio of 9-80wt.% and non-foaming resin layers A<2>.
