PURPOSE:To make a metal mold part common even when the kind of an extrusion- molded product increases and to accurately control the temp. of a cooling part by forming the heating part coming into contact with molten matter and a cooling part where a resin bonding type magnetic material is extruded from an integrated metallic structure. CONSTITUTION:A heating part 2 is fixed to the main body 1 of an extrusion mold so as to hold the metal structure 3 integrated with the heating part 2. A round taper hole gradually becoming fine toward a cooling part 5 is provided to the central part of the main body 1 and the round taper hole of the metal structure 3 is matched with the hole of the main body 1. A heat insulating material 4 is provided to the periphery of the metal structure 3 and a heating element 9 is set and a cooling jig 7 having a cooling liquid circulated therein is connected to the leading end of the heating element 9. The mold is accurately heated by an adaptor 5 and the heater 6 provided to the outside of the heating part. Since the heating part and the cooling part are integrated, the alignment of the passage of molten matter is unnecessary and the temp. on the side of the cooling jig of the metal structure 3 is controlled by the heat insulating material 4, the cooling jig 7 and the heating element 9 to be reduced in fluctuations. |
