PRODUCTION OF CHINESE MEDICINE EXTRACT

摘要

PURPOSE:To produce a Chinese medicine extract having high active ingredient content by selectively removing physiologically inactive high polymer ingredients such as starch while suppressing loss of active ingredients from water extract of Chinese medicine. CONSTITUTION:This method for producing a Chinese medicine extract is characterized by extracting a galenical medicine of a raw material with water and filtrating or/and centrifuging the extract and then subjecting the resultant extract to ultrafiltration using a fractionating membrane having 500000-100000 molecular weight while irradiating the extract with ultrasonic wave or adding ethanol to the extract and subjecting the extract solution to ultrafiltration in the same manner as the above method.
