PURPOSE:To enable the exchange of a water tank scenery material without accumulation of water fouling therein for a long period and simultaneously carry out stable purification of water. CONSTITUTION:The objective water purifier is obtained by arranging a perforated plate serving also as a water tank scenery material composed of a hole 4 for supporting water grass and a water-permeable hole 5 in the bottom of a water tank 2 having a drain port 7 in the base so as to take out water fouling in the water tank 2 dropped from the perforated plate 6 from the drain port 7 to the outside of the tank and connecting a forced circuit through a water purifying module 11 to the drain port 7.
