<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a brush from rotation and save the consumption of a battery by supporting the intermediate part of an output shaft having the rotational motion converted to the reciprocating motion with 2-stage roller bearings and the rear half part loosely with elastic guide pieces on both sides of a crank block. CONSTITUTION:A motor shaft 20 of a motor 8 is rotated by a battery 7 received in a case 2 of a main body 1. A gear 21 on the tip of the motor shaft 20 is meshed rotatably with a face gear 22 mounted on a lateral shaft 24 orthogonal to the motor shaft 20 in a crank block 23. An output shaft 10 connected to a brush part projecting out of the case 2 is reciprocated. The intermediate part of the output shaft 10 is supported by a roller bearing 29 and a bearing part in the front end of a housing 19. The rear half part of the output shaft 10 is loosely supported by elastic guide pieces 39 on both sides of the crank block 23, so that the output shaft 10 of the brush part is effectively prevented from the rotation motion and the position of the output shaft 10 is easily correctively held to save the consumption of the battery.</p> |
