摘要 PURPOSE:To provide a sheet which is superior in wear resistance and chemical resistance, etc., and has small damaging property to the opposite material by making a sheet with a specified surface roughness by an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene resin which contains at least one of an antistatic agent, softening agent, lubricant and masking agent. CONSTITUTION:A composition for which at least one of an antistatic agent, softening agent, lubricant made of a surface-active agent, etc., and masking agent is added to an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene is formed into a sheet by extrusion-molding, and in addition, the formed sheet is uniaxially or biaxially drawn. That is, a sheet 10 which is extruded from a die part 2 of an extrusion-molding machine moves through a first roll 3, second roll 4, third roll 5, forth roll 6a and fifth roll 6b, and is recovered by a take-up device 8 through cooling rolls 7a, 7b. By specifying the roll temperature and linear load, the thickness is made to be 60-150mum, the tracer method surface roughness is made to be 0.5-4mum by a central line average roughness Ra which is measured by a cut-off value of 0.8mm, and 1-40mum by a amximum height R.
