PURPOSE:To grasp the load condition close to the actual load condition as to a manufacturing process load display device to support the effective operation of a production facility. CONSTITUTION:A scheduling member 12 inputs a production program data of a production program file 11, and produces a daily program in which the processes necessary for the products are arranged in order of days in the continued condition depending on the delivery dates of the products. A load calculating member 15 inputs the daily program from a daily program file 13, converts the processes of the products to the load amounts per working unit time as to the facilities to carry out the processes, calculates the load amount per day as to each facility, and distributs it to the working unit hour in the daily program evenly depending on the distribution functions. A display controller 18 inputs a daily program from the daily program file 13, and the load data from a load data file 16, and displays a daily program table and a load graph on a display unit 19. |
