PURPOSE:To provide a bean cake supported by various purchasers, effective in strongly stimulating the incentive for buying, having high nutritive value and takable without cloying the palate and to provide a preparation process for the cake. CONSTITUTION:Raw edible seeds A of watermelon, pumpkin and sunflower are subjected to the primary roasting, coated with a sugared solution B produced by adding sugar to water, sprinkled with coating flour C composed mainly of wheat flour and subjected to the secondary roasting of the seed A covered with the sugared solution B and the coating flour C to form a sugar coating layer D on the surface of the seed A. |
