<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture a foamed molded form in which urethane foam is not scattered by eliminating a demerit of using mold release agent and simplifying processing steps in a method for manufacturing the form having urethane foam between an insert molded foam and a skin. CONSTITUTION:An insert molded form is formed by adhering a film 2 to one surface of a molding material 1 to become a material of the insert molded form, press-molding it, then removing the film of only a position necessary to be adhered with urethane by peeling, and coating the position with adhesive for adhering the urethane. Then, a desired foamed molded form is manufactured by mounting the insert molded form A on an upper mold 6, mounting a skin 8 on a lower mold, transferring urethane 9 between the molds, foaming and curing it, then removing it from the molds, and removing unnecessary flash 10 together with the film from a rear surface of the insert by peeling.</p> |
