<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the necessity for an outer facing flange and a thrust bearing provided in a constant velocity coupling for transmitting thrust force, applied to the constant velocity coupling from a vehicle lateral direction, to a housing, in an electric automobile driving gear for transmitting power, distributed by a planet gear type differential gear, to a drive wheel through the right/ left constant velocity couplings. CONSTITUTION:An outer race 50L of a left side constant velocity coupling is spline-fitted to the third sun gear 46S of a differential gear 18, and also an intermediate shaft 28 connected to an outer race of a right side constant velocity coupling is spline-fitted to the third carrier 46C of the differential gear 18, to distribute power of an electric motor, transmitted to the third ring gear 46R, to both the constant velocity couplings. On the other hand, a stopper 70 is integrally fixedly provided in the third sun gear 46S, and thrust force, applied to the outer race 50L and the intermediate shaft 28 from a vehicle lateral direction, is transmitted to housings 32, 78 through the stopper 70 and the differential gear 18.</p> |
