A sliceable honey product and method of making the same are provided. The honey product comprises from 75% to 90% by weight honey and from 10% to 25% by weight oil-rich nut products. The honey has a solids content of from 75% to 86% by weight of the honey. Preferably, the nut products are chosen from the group comprising peanut meal and peanut flour.
