PURPOSE:To provide the subject method and equipment so designed that a perfusion liquid delivered through an injection pump driven by the pressure of a gas generated by chemical reaction is fed, via a dialysis probe, an enzyme sensor flow cell to reduce output variation due to temperature dependency. CONSTITUTION:A perfusion liquid 5a is delivered through an injection pump 1 driven by the pressure of a gas generated by chemical reaction and put into a dialysis probe 20 where trace component(s) such as glucose is dialyzed; the resultant trace component-contg. perfusion liquid is then fed into an enzyme sensor (e.g. glucose sensor) flow cell 30 where the trace component(s) in the perfusion liquid is determined. |
