ENZYME MODIFIED THROUGH SPACER WITH MEDIATOR AND SENSOR INVOLVING THE SAME MODIFIED ENZYME

摘要

PURPOSE:To prepare a modified dehydrogenase useful, e.g. for a sensitive sensor capable of using in the body, for an electrode system and for an electrochemical system by covalently bonding mediator through a spacer to the enzyme. CONSTITUTION:A mediator such as ferrocene is covalently bonded through a spacer such as H2NNHC(=O)-(CH2)4-(C=O)-NHNH2 to dehydrogenase. The mediator can modify a carbon chain of the enzyme and/or the enzyme itself.
