PURPOSE:To provide an IC card, of which down-sizing and thinning are aimed and, at the same time, which has a large number of connecting terminals. CONSTITUTION:The IC card concerned has a plurality of electrode terminals 1, which are positioned in at least some part of the periphery parallel to and separated from each other, a flexible circuit board 2, which is equipped with at least one circuit part, a cell and distribution line connecting the circuit part with the cell and the electrode terminals, and insulating material 3, which locates on both sides of the circuit board 2 excluding the portions just above and below each electrode terminal 1 under the condition that the electrode terminals 1 locate respectively and independently on both the sides of the circuit board 2. |
