PURPOSE:To obtain the substrate having high dimensional accuracy in the facial direction of the substrate by decomposing and removing the org. binder contained in the specified glass ceramic molding body using an org. binder and executing heat treatment and firing while imparting pressure by a porous plate. CONSTITUTION:The mixture obtained by adding the org. binder to the composition consisting of glass ceramic is formed in sheet-like or the glass ceramic molding body is formed by laminating alternately the sheet-like, molding body and a conductor pattern. Then, the body is heat-treated under nitrogen containing atmosphere to decompose and remove the org. binder, fired succesively under nitrogen containing atmosphere and densified. In this case, the process is carried out in such a manner that, while the glass ceramic molding body is imparted with mechanical pressure uniformly by the porous plate having more than 7ml/min.cm.cmHg gas transmittance, the body is executed heat treatment and firing. |
