GLASS MATERIAL HAVING SOFT MAGNETISM

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a fixing and sealing material capable of bonding in good workability without impairing original characteristics of a material having high magnetic permeability and used for a magnetic circuit in fixing and sealing in production of trans core, magnetic head core, etc. CONSTITUTION:A glass material having soft magnetism such as spinel-based ferrite, garnet-based ferrite or hexagonal planar type ferrite is dispersed into and mixed with a low-melting glass. Thereby, magnetic resistance of an applied magnetic circuit is remarkably reduced and the quality of various kinds of devices using this magnetic circuit can be improved.
