<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the size of span and miniaturize the whole device by allowing a torsion spring to energize a passive lever always to the initial position which was taken before the motion as linear movement. CONSTITUTION:A door locking mechanism 2 is furnished in either of a structure such as car body and a door and is detained with a detent member which is installed on the other member. Either of them is equipped with a door shutting mechanism 4 which includes a passive lever 42 to actuate the door locking mechanism 2 and a torsion spring 43 which is detained with this passive lever 42 and energizes it always to the initial position taken before the motion. A driving mechanism is provided to put the passive lever 42 in its motion as linear movement. This allows giving a sufficient energizing force with small span L to return the passive lever 42 to the initial position which was taken before the motion.</p> |
