PURPOSE:To quickly realize a spring constant required by a driver by changing the spring constant of a mount member in accordance with a mode condition, in the case of changing the mode condition of a transmission. CONSTITUTION:An engine 2 is supported with a bracket 4 as a car body member through an engine mount 3, and a speed change mode and a speed change shift of a transmission are switched by a shift lever 5 inserted through a shift path 6, to input a position signal to a controller 13. This engine mount 3 is constituted of a rubber member 7 and a liquid chamber member 8 in a downward side of this rubber member, and two sheets of orifice plates 9, 10 are provided in a liquid chamber vessel 8a, so that circulation of oil in the liquid chamber vessel 8a is changed by turning the orifice plate 9 with a stepping motor 11, to reduce elastic force of the rubber member 7 and engine vibration. Accordingly, in the controller 13, a spring constant of the engine mount 3 in accordance with a mode condition of the transmission can be obtained, and a request of improving driving stability by a driver can be quickly satisfied. |
