PURPOSE:To make the prevention of the outflow of water from the side part of a water cutting section to a wall side possible and prevent the contamination of the wall as much as possible, in the device provided with the water cutting section at the lower end of a frame body. CONSTITUTION:A water cutting section 17, extending laterally and whose lower end 17a is apart from a wall 11, is provided integrally at the lower end of a frame body 14. Blockading plates 30 are provided at the lower ends of both of left-and-right sides of a hood 25, provided at the front part of the frame body 14, at the side of the wall 11 to blockade the opened parts 17b of both of left-and-right sides of the water cutting section 17 by both of the blockading plates 30. |
