<p>PURPOSE:To provide a member which is excellent in water and oil repellency and is less fouled, by roughening the surface of a filled molding such as an FRP or FRM and effecting chemisorption of a chlorosilane surfactant onto the surface. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a base such as an FRP or FRM is roughened with a filler, and a chlorosilane surfactant is chemisorbed onto the surface to impart improved water and oil repellency. Alternatively, a compound containing chlorosilane groups is chemisorbed onto the surface of the base 1 to form either a monomolecular siloxane film 4 or a polysiloxane film, before the surfactant is chemisorbed, to obtain a film 5 with ultrahigh water and oil repellency.</p> |
