PURPOSE:To reduce the scatter of a resin component and change of thermal dimension when perforation is carried out on a prepreg sheet for use. CONSTITUTION:When a resin component of a prepreg is heated to the softening point and then cooled down again to the normal temperature, the dimension stability against heat is improved. Then, perforation is carried out. When a perforated sheet is heated up to the temperature at which the resin component of the prepreg is melted, resin powder around the perforations in the state of being scattered easily is melted, and when the same is cooled down to the normal temperature, molten resin powder is solidified as the same is cooled to reduce the scatter of the resin component. |
