PURPOSE:To continuously manufacture low-cost siding boards of high quality efficiently in a short time with extremely high productivity. CONSTITUTION:The method for continuously manufacturing siding boards by a reduced pressure foam molding comprises the steps of molding a siding material 1 to be continuously fed and having a predetermined width in a suitable predetermined shape, mixing inorganic material with synthetic resin foamed material, supplying the mixture to a rear surface side of the material molded in the suitable predetermined shape, supplying a sheetlike material 8 to be continuously fed to the mixture material side of the foamed material and the inorganic material to be fixed, feeding both the material 1 supplied with the mixture material 6 and the material 8 to a reduced pressure area of a predetermined temperature, and foaming the material 6 in the reduced pressure area. Thus, the material 6 is foamed, cured, and filled in a space between a rear surface of the siding material and a rear surface of the sheetlike material. |
