PURPOSE:To obtain a net-like food usable for dishing up of cooking by arranging a mouthpiece having a number of nozzles on the line in the advancing direction of a conveyer belt, reciprocating the mouthpiece in the perpendicular direction, injecting a paste-like food material onto the belt and heating the food material. CONSTITUTION:A mouthpiece 2 having a number of nozzles 3 on the line is parallel arranged in the advancing direction of a conveyer belt 1 and a guide rod 6 is arranged in the perpendicular direction to the advancing direction of the conveyer belt 1 and a supporting rod 7 providing a slide part on the upper end is attached to the guide rod 6 and the mouthpiece 2 is fixed on the lower end so that the lower ends of these nozzles may be close to the upper face of the conveyer belt 1 and a ball screw 8 is provided on the extension line of the guide rod 6 and a slider 9 is attached thereto and the slider 9 and the mouthpiece 2 are reciprocated by reciprocating a slide ring 11 with a close switch 12 and a paste-like food material 4 is continuously injected from the nozzles 3 of the mouthpiece 2 onto the conveyer belt 1 to form mesh pattern with the food material 4 and the food material 4 having the mesh pattern is heated to provide the objective net-like food. |
