摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To prevent an air entrainment from occurring at the time of high- speed laminating by specifying a hardness and a tensile strength of a contact bonding roll surface at the time of continuous laminating. CONSTITUTION:In a contact bonding roll 2 at the time of continuously laminating a resin film 3 on both or either surface of a running metal belt 1, the hardness of a roll surface is 60 to 90 by an HS hardness specified in JISK 6301, and the tensile strength of the roll surface in a temperature range of 100 to 300 deg.C is not less than 90% of a tensile strength at an ordinary temperature. The film is continuously laminated by setting the pressurizing force of the contact bonding roll 2 up to 100kg/cm in linear pressure. In addition, the surface roughness of the metal belt 1 is determined to be not more than 0.5mum in average roughness.</p>
