A medical kit comprises: a) a filter consisting of elastic tabs (5) deployed substantially in the form of a conical corolla emerging from an ogival head (6), and having a small orifice (7) of diameter D1 at its end; b) a metal guide (1) of outside diameter D2; c) a push rod (3) consisting of a hollow tube having an internal opening of diameter D3; d) an insertion tube (4) fitted at its distal end with a rigid cylindrical cap (9) of inside diameter D4, and having an internal annular step (18) towards its proximate end capable of serving as a stop for the ends (5a &cir& _) of filter tabs. The respective dimensions of the various elements are such that D4 > D3 > D1 > D2.
