The engine is used in electric power production, in water-supply, for driving of agricultural constructions, land vehicles, small vessels, etc. It is with a high efficiency, works independently of the wind direction and without special working places, and is protected against stormy winds. The engine includes a metal support frame (1) with vertically mounted metal, plastic or cloth cylinder (2) or hood, on which there are attached movable pressure winds (3). The rotary motion of the cylinder (2) or the hood is transmitted to the reducer (5).
