Each side wall (11-14) is formed of a flat, metal such as enamelled steel and or refined steel and or aluminium sheet the side edges of which are bent (51-54) inwards. The inwardly bent adjacent side edges of two contiguous side walls rest flat against each other and have holes in flush with each other through which screw nut connections go. The horizontal top edges (21) and or bottom edges of each vertical side wall are also bent, at first horizontally inwards, then vertically downwards and then again horizontally inwards, to form a support surface (23) at least partly all round. The four side walls are joined along their vertical side edges. USE/ADVANTAGE - Metal receptacle esp. for plants or waste paper is versatile and easily produced, stable and reusable.
