发明名称 Detecting three=dimensional structures of internal surface of negative forms for making prostheses for human joints - scanning interior surfaces with axially displaced laser light and deriving machining control signals from detection of reflected light
摘要 The surfaces under investigation are scanned using laser light according to a predefined schema. The corresp. sensing values are used as control values for the final machining of the prosthesis. The laser light reflected from the surface of the negative shape is detected by an optical receiver and stored linearly. The light for the scanning is displaced axially wrt. an imaginary axis passing through the negative shape. The light displacement can be performed either continuously or in steps. USE/ADVANTAGE - For use in preparing human prostheses. Enables very accurate determination of internal topography of negative forms resulting in very accurate control of machining processes.
