In all or in individual component parts solid material and/or fluid material and/or gas is introduced. At least a part of the component parts consists of used car tyres or sections of them. The cast mass of the wall consists of concrete and/or plastics.The component parts have the same size and/or shape and/or in the volume area vary from one cubic centimetre to complete non-broken down tyres. One component part is a protection against drilling and involves a chemical security component, which e.g. under the effect of heat emits smoke or gas. Alternatively, it consists of metal scrap.
