发明名称 SLIDING BEARING WITH BLIND HOLES ALONG RUBBING SURFACES
摘要 The sliding bearing in used in all bearing units and assemblies with radial, axial, radial-axial and alternating loads. It ensures the availability of liquid friction in all modes of operation: start-up, low, medium and high revolutions. The design of the sliding brearing has minimum supporting metal area and capability of capsulations at reduced overall dimensions. It consists of two braces (1 & 3) to which the working collars (2) are driven with laterally machined holes so that the contact surface has numerous blind holes. Sealing collars (6) are mounted for airtightness of the operating cavity between the supporting braces. A structure for forced oil circulation between the rubbing surfaces has also been developed by mounting of a rotor blade on the revolving brace thus forming oil pressure, and milling of grooves in the other brace for suctioning of the discharged oil. A design including shock-absorbing cylinders was developed for taking up large alternating loads where specific radial shifts of at least three solid cylindrical bodies with rubber sealings driven into the internal brace are possible. In this design, the operating volume is also made airtight using collar seals.
