The support frame for shuttering or formwork is designed to allow polygonal shapes to be made. The individual frame sections (1) are straight and have bracing beams (7) connecting them together. The individual sections have lugs (4) at their ends. They accommodate bolts (6) with nuts engaging the ends of the lugs. The angle between adjacent sections is adjusted by altering the position of the nuts on the bolts. Long bolts may be used to hold adjacent shells of formwork together.
