The device causes and keeps the erection in sexually frail men. It is simplified, compact and with improved reliability in multiple use. The device is in the form of a hollow cylindrical body (1) closed by a lid with a round hole (3) in one of its ends and a tube-like terminal (4) to which one of the ends of a hose (16) is directly coupled, the other end being directly connected to a vacuum pump (5). The latter is fixed to the hollow body (1) whose open end is only rounded and amply greased with neutral unguent inside. The device is complete with an elastic tightening band (20).
