The fixing of the bone implant uses a bone element (4) for its anchoring of the bone (3) level face (5). The implant has an outer boundary, pointing against the bone level face. The implant side, facing the bone, has a concave configuration (6), surrounding the implant edges over wide region. Pref. the geometrical shape of the concave configuration is such that the circular forces, acting on the bone element, engage at the same level as the surrounding boundary of the implant. USE/ADVANTAGE - For joint prostheses, with strong pressure on bone cement even with light compression in the bone.
