<p>A method for extracting aromas and fixing them on a non-aqueous substrate, a machine for implementing the method, and a product obtained using said method are disclosed. Application is found in the culinary and cosmetic industries. According to the invention, oil is poured into a processing recipient (1) with the desired aromatic plants. The oil and plants are then subjected to radiation from microwave emitters specific to the aromatic plants for a predetermined time and at a predetermined intensity.</p> |
