The engine is applied in transport vehicles, water pumps, generators, hand instruments, multistage piston compressors, etc., as a piston petrol or diesel engine. It has a simplified design, reduced overal dimensions and simplified gas distribution mechanism, it has considerably improved power per unit operating volume and weight. The engine consist of a housing (1) with a sparking plug (10) fabricated in its upper part as a hollow body with internal cylindrical cavity where a working piston (2) is housed,and a crankcase (11) is machined in its lower part having a crankshaft (5) with a journal (53) and a connecting rod (6) resting on its lower part to the crankshaft (5). A compressor piston (7) fitted in the cylindrical cavity of the housing (1) is suspended at the upper part of the connecting rod (6). The working piston (2) is resting diametrically opposite to two connecting rods (3 & 4), respectively, suspended in upper position of the crankshaft (5) by means of journal (51 & 52).
