<p>The invention relates to compositions comprising fluorocarbon elastomers and non-fluorinated acrylate or vinyl polymers, combined in a dispersion or suspension polymerization using a special stabilizer to make the polymers compatible. Coatings made with the composition of the invention are clear and have the inherent advantages of the fluorocarbon elastomers as well as good adhesion to many substrates.</p> |
