A substd. isooxazole based pyrethroid cpd. of formula (I) is new. (I) has good insecticidal, acaricidal and tick-killable properties, and has lower toxicity to animal and shellfish. In the formula (I), A is the radical (II) or (III); X is O, S or methylene; Y is the radical (IV), (V), (VI) or (VII) of formulas. And R1 is H or opt. substd. lower alkyl; R2 is H, halogen, cyano, hydroxy, (substd.) lower alkyl, (substd.) lower alkenyl, (substd.) lower alkynyl, (substd.) lower alkoxy, (substd.) phenyl, substd. S(O)n (n = 0,1,2) or (substd.) amino; Z is CH or N; V is -0-, -NH-, -S-, or carbonyl; R3 is H, halogen or methyl; R4 is H, fluoro or methy; R5 is halogen, (substd.) lower alkyl or (substd.) lower alkoxy; R6 is H or halogen; W is O, S or methylene.
